Oh, I see. Cool.
That would be a lot of trips to Linnton to pick it up, but perhaps that's an option.
We may want to consider building our own....I think that may be the better of the options. We will be seeking to use the stage in May for the St. Johns Bizarre - May 9. Perhaps you like to see what it looks like and how it sets up then?
We're looking for a stage for music for the SJFM. That would be every Saturday from July 11 thru September, from 8:00-1:30. That's a lot of use.
I would still like to see what they can offer.
Actually it sounds like we will need 2 stages, one for music, one for the demonstrations (canning, cooking, etc.).
Maybe we can build them ourselves?
Hi Thomas. I have seen an AWESOME wooden stage that has been used for other St Johns events... looks like a log cabin.
I think the St. Johns boosters own it. Do you know?
Thanks,

Were you able to talk with Christina about Business Plan/Fundraising committee stuff? How do you feel about us trying to get a fundraising letter out this month?
Thomas - I hope you remember our friend farmer Michael Stucki from Millenium Farms in Ridgefield is interested in supplying produce for this market, and is ALSO happy to come talk to your committee ANYTIME and share all his experience with Farmer's Markets in this area. He has been a vendor at many of them, and currently so busy with supplying the 30 restaurants daily, that he only sells at Vancouver Market currently. I can set UP the meeting, or I can simply give you his cell phone.... or.........whatever you'd like. You SHOULD meet him, he's cool, organic, and shares generously always.

I forgot.......in the spring months, he supplies starter plants for everyone's vegetable gardens at the farmer's market as well. Almost every starter tomato and pepper plant we grow has come from them.
