Can anyone in this group pick up some copies for our meeting tomorrow from Julie's house? She's coming down with a cold and can't come. She's at Oswego and Fessenden.

Chuck, did you get my email with the Montavilla handbook attached? I can't remember when I sent it now. Folks, I'm scheduling time in the second half of the meeting for some Vendor biz. We have one new vendor and need to mingle with the Logistics people on electricity placement and the handbook. Will you be there Chuck? If so, can you bring a printed copy of the one I sent?

Also, if you can come to our meeting tonight (this is to all, including Chuck) or possibly meet this weekend, we can get things squared away in preparation for Gentiana's departure. Sigh.

I am working this weekend, but could squeeze something in before or after.

We really need someone to take on the task of getting our vendor handbook together. We have an example from the Montavilla Market, and you could possibly ask other committee people to help, but it needs a champion. Would like to send it out to our vendors before too long. What do you think?

Tonight or Wednesday is fine with me. I am leaving very early Friday morning, so I am not sure if I would/could make the board meeting this week. I would not be able to do before the board meeting either, as I have a van rental to pick up at 5:30 PM...and some packing to do.

Tuesday (tonight) would work for me. I'm not free Wednesday. I could also be available before or after the board meeting on Thursday, if that would work. I'm heading out of town Friday afternoon.
